Attending training school gives students 3 ETCS credits.
Endure / COST TU1207 members and UGent PhD students obtain a discount of 75 EUR on the above prizes.
Financial support (reimbursement of registration fee and a contribution to travel and accommodation expenses) will be available for a limited number of participants through COST TU1207. Endure researchers are supported by their project budget and can reclaim costs.
Financial support may also be offered by the doctoral school of your home university, please inform at your doctoral school administration for proper registration of the course in your doctoral school curriculum and to obtain possible refunding. For UGent students the course is recognized by the DS BSE, yet you still need to apply the DS BSE procedure.
The organisation can provide you with an invitation letter, for visa and funding matters, once payment has been recieved.
Upon cancellation 75% of the registration fee can be reclaimed, until at maximum one week before the start of the course. For later cancellation, no refunding of the registration fee can be done, yet entitles full access to the learning environment (e-learning course material). Replacement of registered participants is only possible for persons who don't want to obtain a course certificate.
